Are you struggling with Substance Use Disorder and looking for a supportive community to help you on your journey to recovery? The Co-Occurring Treatment Group provides a comprehensive approach that combines individual counseling with group sessions held via telehealth every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4-7 PM. The treatment group sessions focus on providing the necessary tools and skills to help you lead a fulfilling life while maintaining sobriety or a harm reduction plan (when appropriate). Co-Occurring/Mental Health Psychoeducation is integrated into the group. Join us to build your social support network and reinforce your recovery strategies. 

At Soul Savvy Counseling & Therapy, I provide individual substance use disorder counseling via telehealth to offer maximum accessibility. My weekly counseling sessions, coupled with the co-occurring substance use disorder treatment group via telehealth, provide a well-rounded approach to addiction recovery. Let me join you on your journey towards healing.
 

Struggling with co-occurring issues can be tough to manage on your own. That's why my psychotherapy service can be so helpful. With weekly sessions available Monday through Thursday, we can work together to address your specific needs and challenges. Coupled with treatment services, my psychotherapy sessions can help you find the path to healing and a brighter future.

*Psychotherapy services are under the supervision of an LICSW, CST

*Psychotherapy is offered when appropriate; sometimes during treatment services or towards the end.

I am in-network with the following payors:

Medicaid products including: BCBS PMAP, UCARE PMAP, HealthPartners PMAP, Hennepin Health, South Country, Prime West, BHF (Behavioral Health Funding/Rule 24, MA Minnesota Assistance, Ryan White/Program HH funding administered through MA.

I do not accept commercial insurance products at this time.
